Shipping Policies
This section applies only to shipments via parcel.
After having made the payment, we proceed to the execution of the shipment of the purchase through the contracted courier company, this may take 24 hours depending on the time and day (working day, weekend or national holiday) in which make the payment.
The arrival of the package is delayed from 24 to 48 hours due to policies of the company hired for this purpose.
Meow and Woof is not responsible for theft or loss after the package has been shipped.
Return policies
Meow and Woof makes returns only for manufacturing defects and / or bad packaging, that is, bad sewing, unbraiding, bad addition or detachment of the pieces that make up the product, etc.
To make the claim, the client must (without exception) send an email to meow.y.woo@gmail.com with less than 24 hours of receiving the product, attaching photos of it where the damage of the piece is shown.
Under no circumstances are money refunds made, if the product is not in stock, the customer must choose a product of similar value.
The cost of shipping the replacement product is at the expense of Meow and Woof and will be made to the same address provided by the customer in the purchase.
